National Occupational Standard;

It is the minimum norm that shows what the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and attitudes are accepted by VQA for the successful performance of a profession.  

  • It is based on job analysis. It is essential that the social parties participate effectively in the process and receive their opinions and contributions.

  • It clearly expresses the main duties that the person should carry out, the knowledge, skills and behaviors that he should have, and includes the issues that should not be possessed professionally.

  • It reflects the professional qualification levels and these levels are determined in accordance with the international qualification levels.

  • It includes the legislation and administrative and technical requirements on health, safety and environmental protection related to the occupational field.

  • It is written in a clear way that employers, employees, interns and students can easily understand.

  • It encourages the individual's self-development and career advancement in accordance with the principle of lifelong learning.

  • It does not contain elements of explicit or implicit discrimination.
